Click fraud issues. I have worked with these guys and as far as click fraud goes, I think this is a new area that needs to be explored not just with these guys, but Google and Yahoo too.

Other than click fraud, there's a also a lot of review fraud. These sites starting to "buy reviews" or outsource reviews...
A new local search engine called www.metroseeq.com just launch, the way it is designed, there are no fraud. Instead they got a lot of great local deals. I always check it before I go out to eat now.
